Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from Top Play Padel.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:

Exchanges
If you would like a different product, the quickest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
